I have no words

I have a present for you...

My roommate Joslyn made this "bundle" of flowers for me in her floral design class.

Normally you could tie one of these around your wrist.

Not this baby- it weighs about 5 pounds.

Thanks Joslyn!(even if it is a dirty flower!)

It's Snowing...Again!

There have been 30 inches of snow in Rexburg since January.
This is my car-the one in the middle.

This is Bailey and I trying to uncover my car. Notice my weather appropriate clothing.

Here we are still trying to uncover my car.

Lucky for me, Bailey has a ice scraper that actually works.

And then of course my doors were frozen shut. Here is Joslyn trying to climb over me.
Bring it on snow! Bring it on!

Pin Him!!

I just spent 3 hours at a high school wrestling match. I never knew what I was missing.

Toppermost of the Poppermost

For the past week I have been a little obsessed with the Beatles. I first started listening to the Beatles when I was 13. My grandma gave my Dad 'The Beatles One' CD. He wasn't a huge fan of the Beatles so I slowly took possession of it. I listened to it so many times that I had it memorized. I thought I was an expert on the Beatles- I listened to them plus I knew their names(John, Paul, George and Ringo). When my group stopped in London I made sure that I made a trip to Abbey Road. This is where I realized I knew nothing. I had heard only a handful of their songs and their names.

Last week I found "The Beatles" by Bob Spitz, on sale for 5 bucks. I decided to buy it because "I love the Beatles"! All week I have been annoying my family with facts that I have gleaned from the book. How John and Paul would sit down and in a couple of hours have a couple song worked out. How none of them could read music. How after their second American tour they never toured again. How they were only together for 10 years. How people would scream so loud when they were onstage that they couldn't hear themselves sing. Dozens of songs. A lot of craziness. Definitely not perfect but amazing.

I guess my point is that I am definitely a fan of the Beatles. If you need a random fact, just let me know!

Though not an original Beatles song, This song is amazing!

VANS

Don't even know what to say

Every now and then some random guy who I haven't talked to/seen in several months will call me and ask me on a date.

It wouldn't be weird if it only happened once.

It happens often.

* I might have had a point but I lost it.

"Travel is very broadening."

Standing at the top of the church where Martin Luther nailed the 95 Theses
View from the top! Wittenburg was a lovely place! Delicious potato salad!
Resting place of Martin Luther
Monastery which was converted into a home for Martin Luther and his family
Remains of the Berlin Wall
Holocaust Memorial

Checkpoint Charlie Area

Fredricksburg Castle in Denmark
Most of Carl Bloch's paintings are kept here. It was amazing to see them in person!

Copenhagen Temple
Munich- I loved it!
Some spatzal, apple juice, and crazy drunks- definitely a night of fun!
Some man tried to pay me to dance with him.

Mad King Ludwig built this castle. He died in the lake under "mysterious" circumstances.

I am trying hard to smile in this picture because I was on a bridge. It wasn't very stable and people kept trying to pretend push me off. I didn't think it was very funny.
Switzerland- gorgeous!
The second clock that was slightly disappointing!

More steps up to the top of the church!
We affectionately started calling all stairs "THE STAIRS OF DEATH"

Reformers wall

* Sorry there are so many pictures!
