Words to the wise.I am always for pleading your case with the public library. Especially when you still have the book. How much was the book(s)? Surely not $52!!!!
I think they were trying to scare me because it says now that I only owe 3 dollars! I don't think the book was worth $52 so I don't know where they got that number!
