A little clarifaction is needed

Sometimes I write myself short notes describing my homework. The problem occurs when I can't remember what it is about. Take this one I wrote on wed.

2 ideas. short response.
2 ideas about what? Short response on what?
Confusion regins supreme.

I think maybe you need to improve your note to self writing.

Maybe you should leave a little note to yourself to remind you to clarify your homework. It could say "Clarify."
